Bedroom 'William Jay' (sleeping 2-3 people)

This room enjoys a stunning view of the countryside and has a suggestive atmosphere. 
Its original period details, such as the sash windows and the tiled fireplace, are paired with stylish furnishings and trinkets that enhance its period character. Great attention has also been given to modern comfort, such as a king size bed with orthopaedic mattress.
In classic Georgian style, there are three sash windows with a lovely view of Bath’s beautiful countryside and of our glorious back garden. Enjoy peaceful nights and wake up to the sound of singing birds.

Bedroom 'John Wood' (sleeping 2 people)

Intimate and with a more modern look, this room features a pretty Georgian fireplace with one window facing the main road at the front of the house. The double glazed window makes for a light, quiet room and is decorated with a hand made curtain embellished by two little angels.

The Two Bathrooms

Egyptian cotton towels, a hairdryer and toiletries are provided. One of the two bathrooms is modern in period style and features a tryptic window with stained glass. It is full of light and has a bath with shower screen. It is conveniently located on the first floor next to the guest rooms. The other bathroom is situated on the ground floor and has a more modern look. It has a bathtub and a shower box.

Lounge and bedroom 'Beau Nash" (sleeping 2 people)

This room is on the second floor and enjoys a fantastic view of the countryside. It is set up as a lounge but can be also used as the third bedroom. It has a 3 seater leather sofa, a TV and a daybed, that offers extra sitting space and can be turned into two single beds when needed.
There are original period details, such as a fireplace, and a mix of modern and old furniture. A pretty dolls house and a play corner with some toys will keep our little guests busy.

The kitchen

The kitchen was refurbished in June 2019 and offers all modern comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, avon, electric hob. The original features of the room have been preserved and restored: the dainty fireplace, the inbuilt cupboard and the sash window. It is full of light and it faces the front of the house.
