Where we are

Percy Place is on London Road which leads to the city centre just off the A4. It is between Grosvenor Place and Kensington Place (which are two streets parallel to the London Road) and is opposite Zest Estate Agents which has a green and white sign. 

It takes 15 minutes on foot to reach the main attractions in the city centre, and the up and coming "Artisan Quarter" on Walcot Street is only 10 minutes away. Walking to the train station will take 30-40 min. There is a bus stop in front of the house with regular buses to the city centre and to the train station. 

Parking Instructions

The house is located within easy access of the M4 motorway and on-street parking is free in the area. Unfortunately we don't have a parking space but we never struggle to park our car.

As there is a bus lane in front of our house, it is possible to park either in Grosvenor Place or in Kensington Place, that run parallel to the main road (the London Road). Alternatively,  Upper East Hayes and Ringswell Gardens are also very close to the house but these roads are on a slope. We are opposite the estate agent "Zest" with a green and white sign.
