Percy Place was built at the end of 1700s and is a Grade II listed building. It is a period house that retains its original structure and many original features. Although it has been updated with modern comforts, it might not be ideal for everyone.

There is one step to access the hall; one flight of stairs to the 1st floor, where the bedrooms are; and another flight of stairs to the 2nd floor, where the drawing room and the kitchen are.

In front of the house there is a bus lane.
